Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- Undamaged
- In original packaging with tags intact
Returns may not be accepted if the product shows signs of use, damage, or alteration.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Items purchased during clearance or final sale
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Order Number
- Product details
- Reason for return
- Photos/videos (if applicable)
- Once approved, our team will provide return instructions.
- The product must be securely packed before pickup or shipping.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed after the returned product passes quality inspection.
- Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed through bank transfer or store credit.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for:
