Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be:
    • Unused
    • Unwashed
    • Undamaged
    • In original packaging with tags intact

Returns may not be accepted if the product shows signs of use, damage, or alteration.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items purchased during clearance or final sale
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team with:
    • Order Number
    • Product details
    • Reason for return
    • Photos/videos (if applicable)
  2. Once approved, our team will provide return instructions.
  3. The product must be securely packed before pickup or shipping.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after the returned product passes quality inspection.
  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed through bank transfer or store credit.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

  • Wrong product received
  • Size issues (subject to availability)
  • Damaged or defective items

Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • A defective product
  • The wrong order

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos/videos for faster resolution.


Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be canceled before shipment confirmation.
  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are generally non-refundable.
