Return & Exchange Offer – Kobra&Clo
At Kobra&Clo, we want you to love your purchase. We offer a 7-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery for most items.
Eligibility
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Returns/exchanges must include original packaging.
- Sale/final clearance items, customized products, and gift cards are generally non-returnable/exchangeable (unless defective).
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason.
- Ship the item back to us at your own cost (return shipping is borne by the customer).
- Once received and inspected, we’ll process your exchange or refund.
Important Notes on Costs & Refunds
- Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer and will be deducted from the total refund amount.
- If a discount coupon or code was applied, the refund will be issued as store credit only.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued as store credit only.
Exchanges
Subject to availability. If the new item is more expensive, you will need to pay the difference.
We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our policy. Defective or damaged items (upon verification) may qualify for free return shipping at our discretion.
